Results That Speak for Themselves.

Every engagement at IntraCodeX is measured by a single standard: business impact. Below are representative examples of the outcomes we've delivered for enterprise and government clients across industries. Client names have been anonymized; full references available upon request under NDA.

0 workloads migrated in 5.8 months — ahead of 12-month deadline

Zero unplanned downtime during migration execution

0% reduction in total infrastructure cost post-migration (FinOps optimization)

SAP S/0HANA performance improved by 4x on Azure compared to on-prem

Internal cloud competency built: 0 client engineers AWS-certified during engagement

The Challenge

The client was operating 340 mission-critical workloads across 3 aging on-premises data centers, with a data center lease expiration creating a hard 12-month migration deadline. Previous internal migration attempts had stalled due to undocumented dependencies, ERP complexity (SAP S/4HANA), and insufficient cloud expertise within the internal IT team.

The Solution

IntraCodeX led end-to-end migration architecture and execution, beginning with a 6-week discovery sprint using AWS Application Discovery Service to map all 340 workloads and 4,200+ dependencies. We designed a 7-wave migration plan sequencing workloads by business criticality and dependency clusters, executing the plan with a 24-member IntraCodeX team embedded with the client.

Lessons Learned

Early investment in comprehensive dependency mapping (weeks 1–6) eliminated the primary risk that had caused previous migration failures and saved an estimated 14 weeks of rework.

Fortune 100 Financial Services Group | North America

Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4 fine-tuned)LangChain orchestrationAzure Cosmos DB for session stateSalesforce FSC integrationAzure API ManagementDatadog for observabilityand Power BI for conversation analytics.

0% reduction in live agent contact volume in 90 days

$0M annualized cost reduction in contact center operations

CSAT score improvement from 0% to 88%

Average response time reduced from 0 minutes to under 8 seconds

0% uptime across first 6 months of production

The Challenge

The client's customer service operations were handling 2.4M inbound contacts per month, with 68% of contacts being routine inquiries resolvable without a live agent. Average handle time was 7.3 minutes and CSAT scores were declining. The client needed an intelligent virtual assistant that could handle complex financial queries, account lookups, and transactional requests in natural language — without compromising regulatory compliance.

The Solution

IntraCodeX designed and deployed a production GenAI customer service platform built on a fine-tuned LLM with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. The solution integrated with the client's core banking APIs, CRM (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud), and compliance logging infrastructure. We implemented intent classification, entity extraction, and a multi-turn conversational state machine capable of handling 140+ distinct inquiry types.

Compliance Note

Full audit trail logging, PII redaction pipelines, and regulatory response templates reviewed by legal — zero compliance incidents in 12 months of operation.

$0K monthly AWS cost reduction (25.5% of total bill)

$0M annualized savings

Reserved Instance / Savings Plan coverage increased from 0% to 74%

Cost attribution coverage: 0% → 97% of spend tagged and attributed

Engineering team trained on FinOps practices; costs grew only 0% over next 12 months vs. 340% prior year

The Challenge

Cloud costs had grown 340% over 18 months tracking revenue growth, with AWS bills exceeding $1.1M per month. Engineering leadership lacked visibility into cost by product, team, and customer, making it impossible to optimize or forecast accurately. Reserved Instance coverage was under 20%.

The Solution

IntraCodeX deployed a full FinOps practice over 12 weeks: tagging strategy enforcement, showback reporting by product line and customer segment, Savings Plan and RI procurement analysis, and workload rightsizing across 1,200+ EC2 instances. We also migrated 34 workloads from On-Demand to Spot Instances with automated interrupt handling.

Compliance Note

IntraCodeX retained as fractional FinOps advisory partner — reviewing cost posture monthly and optimizing as infrastructure evolves.

12-Hospital Regional Health System | Serving 4.2M Patients Annually

Unified 0° patient record available in <2 seconds across all 11 source systems

CMS quality reporting fully automated, saving 0 staff hours per quarter

Predictive readmission model: 0% reduction in 30-day readmissions

$0M in avoided CMS penalties in first year

Platform processes 0TB of new clinical data daily with 99.95% SLA

The Challenge

Patient data was fragmented across 11 distinct source systems (Epic, Cerner, GE Centricity, 8 ancillary systems) with no unified patient record or analytics capability. Clinical leadership could not answer basic operational questions without multi-week manual data pulls. The system also faced CMS quality reporting mandates requiring standardized data submissions.

The Solution

IntraCodeX architected and delivered a HIPAA-compliant clinical data lakehouse on AWS, integrating all 11 source systems through HL7 FHIR R4 APIs and legacy HL7 v2 parsers. We implemented a Medallion architecture on AWS Lake Formation and Apache Iceberg, built Power BI executive dashboards, and delivered a predictive readmission risk scoring API consumed by clinical workflows.

Compliance Note

HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place. All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Comprehensive audit logging to AWS CloudTrail. Annual third-party HIPAA audit passed with zero findings.
